Summary = Lakeside Golf Club, Ohio, USA is a private golf club that is located in the Cleveland Metroparks. It was founded in 1922 by John D. Rockefeller Jr. and is one of the oldest courses in the region.
The course was designed by Scottish-born architect James Foulis and opened for play on September 18th, 1922. The first nine holes were built on land that was originally part of a dairy farm called Lake View Farm. The remaining nine holes were built on land that had been acquired from the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company (CEI).
