Summary = The Miners Memorial Park is the location of the Muskie Bucket the bucket of the worlds largest Walking Dragline. It is a memorial to the men and women who worked as strip miners supplying Electric Power for the eastern portion of the United States with a dedication to reclaiming land stripped of its coal. This reclaimed land is now thousands of acres of ponds, lakes hiking trails, hunting and camping. A portion of the AEP ReCreation Land is now known as "the Wilds" North America's Largest Wildlife Refuge located just north of Morgan County. A must see when stay at Inns at 8th and Main Bed and Breakfast/Hotel.
