Summary
Wolf Creek Wildlife Area is a wildlife area in the U.S. state of Oregon, located about 15 miles (24 km) southwest of Medford. The area was established in 1965 as a refuge for native species and as an outdoor laboratory for Oregon State University.
The refuge encompasses 1,980 acres (7.76 km2) of land and includes both natural and agricultural habitats that range from oak savanna to riparian zones along the Rogue River.
On a warm sunny day there is no better place to be, this wildlife area is a short drive from Inns at 8th and Main Bed and Breakfast.
